Terms of Sale

At Lynn’s we believe that honesty and transparency are cornerstones of good business and developing family-like relationships with our guests. If you are contemplating a cancellation, return, exchange, or warranty claim, these are our standard terms.

STOCK ITEMS:

- You may cancel at no charge if you notify us 3 days prior to your scheduled delivery date. Otherwise, a restocking fee will apply.

-You may exchange within 3 days of possession if he product is still in new condition with original packaging.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS:

-SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS.

- Lead times for special orders are given with the best available information at time of purchase. It is possible for delays to occur. However, these delays will not allow cancellations of special orders.

An item is special order if we don’t normally stock it, but we ordered it for you. An item is also special order if you customize it or order a variation of the item we don’t stock.

FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE ITEMS:

Items that are given free with purchase cannot be returned or exchanged. Free gifts will be deducted at retail value if qualifying merchandise is returned or exchanged for another item that does not qualify for the gift.

OTHER ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED:

Including but not limited to: Mattresses, boxsprings, adjustable bases, pillows, protectors, sheets and sleep accessories, floor samples, as is, odd size, or any other merchandise or sale marked as a final sale.

WARRANTY

Lynn’s Furniture and Mattress does not manufacture any product it sells. Therefore, the only warranty is that of the manufacturer of the products you purchased or by purchasing a 3rd party warranty. In any case, Lynn’s Furniture and Mattress is not responsible for product defects or any other damage caused by a defective product. All products should only be used per the manufacturer's instructions. Lynn’s will reasonably help facilitate your warranty claims with the manufacturer. However, each manufacturer, at its sole discretion, will determine if the product is defective. If determined defective, each manufacturer has different coverage for parts, labor, and transportation. Therefore, the purchaser may have costs associated with repairing, replacing, and transporting defective products that are under warranty.
